Just before Christmas I broke my arm when I was walking through a public car park which was poorly lit.

I fell over because the Supermarket had left their stockroom open and had left a wooden crate on the ground which I caught my foot in and fell over.

I'm wondering if I have a good case to sue the supermarket for falling over and breaking my arm ?

The Supermaket had left crates on a public path from their stock room during the Christmas period.

The problem is I can't prove this because they only leave crates out at Christmas when its very busy. When I fell over I was on my own and was not able to take pictures because I was in bites and had to go to A&E.
