    Is it just me or does this sound exactly like Safe Harbour wrapped in a different guise?
    The US is still to get all the data but "promises" not to abuse it? WTF
    Hopefully it will be challenged and thrown out.

    I'm waiting to see what Article 29 and others say before passing final judgement, but I get the impression that most people are quite sceptical
