Dessert or cheese board?

    Hi all,

Probably a stupid question but anyway! I've recently been cleaning up my diet- lowering sugar intake/ eating more protein/ getting slightly leaner! Anyway, I'm going out for a birthday meal tomorrow and was wondering if it would be wise to choose panna cotta/ tirmasu or a cheese board? I love all in equal amounts so it really makes no difference to me- would I be right in assuming the cheese board would be the healthiest?

I'd vote for the cheese board, although the Panna Cotta would have to kept out of sight :D

It's your birthday. Have whatever you want.

Unless you're eating out a couple of times a week and this is a decision you'll regularly face, then just enjoy your birthday dinner without worrying about which choice is healthiest :)

much better to have something sugary like that on a special occassion, rather than as part of a grocery shop, where it would be a lot easier to slip into old habits.
