Labour Court Recommendations Archive

I'm doing a case study on industrial relations for a college assignment and am trying to find an archive of labour court recommendations from 2009 and not having any luck in doing so, would anybody be able to point me in the right direction or does such an archive exist, thanks.

I know there used to be. In fact, I had a case there in 2008 and I recall being able to search all previous judgements up until a couple of years ago. It seems to have changed.

I actually think they changed the website because I was looking for it myself a few weeks ago and for some reason I couldn't find it either, but they must have put it back on the homepage

Cheers for that. I found my own case there :pac:

But the new site is not as good as functional as the old one unless you know exactly what you're looking for.

You should complain! I reckon someone already did complain, because it took me ages to find the link for the decisions a couple of weeks ago, and now it's there staring us in the face on the first page.
