    Actually met him in person couple of years back down at Kinsale swim, wasn't any surprise he clocked fastest time and a new record around Sandycove Island swim, think it was 19:55. My wife said he was around 5 minutes out of water before next swimmer came in.

    Anyway if you think you put in a hard week at pool then think again. Have a read below . Amazing. It's such a pity he just missed out in 2012, I hope he get through in June

    Looked at replay of Chris Byran Olympic qualifier yesterday, he was 15th over an hour in but finished 41st.... I'm not sure but I think top 10 go through so I don't think he qualified for Rio.....
