Unable to make payment?

    Hi there,

    trying to settle my latest water bill online, twice now I've submitted my payment details and gone through 3D secure - after the 3D secure screen the page doesn't load and gives me an error and the bill shows as not being paid.

    Is there an issue with the site at the moment?

    Thanks for your query.

    We are aware of some customers having difficulties accessing water.ie from outside Ireland. Our IT team are working to resolve this issue.

    If this applies to you, then we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    However, if this does not apply to you, we can certainly look into this if you PM the following details:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact number.
