    Q1: Is your website down?

    We are currently experiencing intermittent difficulties with one server. Our IT department are aware of the matter and hope to have this resolved soon as soon as possible.

    Q2: My bill states that I have an outstanding balance although I made a payment on my previous bill. Can you help?

    We can certainly look into this matter for you. Would you mind sending a PM with the following details:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact number; and
    - Confirmation you are the account holder.

    Q3: I have only been given 4 working days’ notice to pay this.

    It can take up to five working days for your Irish Water bill to arrive by post. If you would like to receive your bill as soon as it is issued, we recommend that you sign up for a MyWater online account.

    A MyWater online account makes viewing and managing your bill quick and convenient. It also allows customers to pay their bills, set up direct debit, check their meter usage and change their correspondence address.

    You can sign up for a MyWater account here.

    Q4: A public sewer is overflowing. What do I do?

    We can certainly investigate this matter for you, if you can please provide the following details by PM:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact number.

    Q5: I received an email from Irish Water asking for personal information. Is it a SCAM?

    This email is not from us and we recommend you do not log into your account using the link provided and do not provide any information or payment details.

    We also recommend that you delete this email immediately.
