Mobile Data Allowance on Eir Go

    Hi,

    I signed up to an Eir Go package a few weeks ago to the unlimted mobile package with 5gb of Data. I have two mobiles on this pacakage along with our BB and home Phone.

    When we signed up we were also told we would get double data for the first 6 months so 10GB instead of 5gb.


    My partner got a text message the other day saying she had used 80% of her data allowance, I checked what she had used and it was 2.8gb.

    I then logged into my eir online, it shows the two mobiles as unlimited 5gb accounts but under that the counter says 3.5gb.

    Can this be fixed if I provide our account number?

    We also never seem to receive a 4G signal on our phones even though there is a 4g mast on a hill behind our house with a direct line of site. The mast is 4.9klm from the house.

    The mast details are as follows:
    Site ID: 4035
    Easting: 113649
    Northing: 237196

    We both have 4g phones (Samsung Galaxy S6) and 4g sims.


    Can someone from tech services look into this?
