    Hi lads/ladies,

    I'm nearly certain my diff is going on the car (whining noise). Is it possible to get a re-conditioned diff. I was quoted 2.5k for a new one yesterday.

    vladis over on bmwhaus does them a fried got one reconditioned, not cheap but nowhere near 2500

    What E92 is it? If it had 6 cylinders an after market lsd could be worth thinking about if you intend keeping the car.

    I got to drive a 335i with an aftermarket LSD belonged to one of the lads on BMWHaus a few months back and my god that thing would squat down and take off like it was on rails when asked!! :eek: Transformed the car, the TC can be a bit intrusive in normal conditions with the one tire fire it comes from the factory with...

    Valdas fitted his one for a reasonable price I believe so would be my first port of call whichever option you go for!!
