Can a Rapid Detailer product such as Meguiar's Rapid Detailer be used on a Quartz or nano coated car?

Are there any pros or cons?

    Yes they can.
However applying a quick detailer, such as the ones mentioned, on top of a nano coating will mean that it is now the top layer....and this will determine how the surface will react.

The nano coating is extremely hydrophobic due to the water contact angle it creates. The QD won't produce the same. ..thus dirt will bond easier, water won't bead or sheet as well, an it's anti static properties won't be as good. The coating underneath won't be effected...it will still offer the protection, but just not the other characteristics.
Nano coatings come with their own maintenance products that will offer the same finish as the coating. For example, CQuartz would be paired with Reload.
