ROS - Enquiries

I made an enquiry via MyAccount on the ROS website on the 19th Jan. I've yet to receive any response or acknowledgement of enquiry.

Just wondering how long 'should' it take, or has it taken for other users?
    It regarded a tax refund.

I've usually had an answer within 3/4 days.

Thanks, still no response from them.

I rang Revenue and was given an address to write to, and what documentation to include, so I've done that.
Frustrating.. why have an online option if it's not going to be used!
