Hi I am 30yr old male, I am 5' 11'' and 75kg and train about 5 days a wk in gym and field sessions. Here is my typical food intake.

Breakfast: 7.30am 4 Weetabix or Porridge.

    10am an orange

11 am 1 yogurt and apple.

    2pm:brown pasta ,salmon and broccoli.

    4pm rice cake ,banana.

    6pm Brazilian nuts.

6.30 Training ,would have protein shake and banana after.

8pm: Pitta bread with chicken and tomato.

9.30 rice cake with almond butter or 2 squares of dark chocolate.

I would drink about 3 litres of water a day and 4/5 cups of tea.

    Thanks for feedback.

What about it do you want to improve? What do you think is wrong with it?

Maybe it is ok, just wanted another opinion.

Have you ever tried plugging it into MyFitnessPal to get an idea of calories and macros?

Hard to tell calories but it doesn't look bad in that regard. Could do with more protein and fat but overall it doesn't seem bad.

It'll mean knowing weights of food like rice etc but its a pretty good way of giving yourself an idea of what you're getting from what you're eating
