    Enquiring minds want to know:

Are they going to take the Christmas decorations in the city streets down sometime?

Or just leave em up and put green bulbs in for Paddy's Day?

Supposedly around the same time it takes the grass to regrow in eyre square after the market.

Galway city council are unorganised and amateur, we shouldn't accept it but we do

Most of the grass where the stalls are is not fine, to say otherwise is inaccurate, misleading and simply wrong

It's not been the worst winter, but it has been one of the darkest and greyest I remember. I'm pretty happy to see a bit of sparkle, especially when it's no longer about trying to get us to buy stuff!

Galway City council don't own the lights; they are owned and operated by the traders who contribute an annual payment. Last year,

I believe here is a problem with finding a new place to store them.
