Hard Case for Pistol

Can anyone recommend a good case for transporting/storing a pistol. It's going to be a Beretta 87 Target.

I was looking at the Pelican 1170 but it might be a bit tight from top to bottom, only 9mm to and bottom (by my calculations)

I was also looking at the Pelican 1400 which would have more space inside but might be a bit too deep.

I'm thinking better have more room then be a little on the tight side.

Anyone using these cases or recommend an alternative.

I used a Breatta shotshell hard case. Got foam and glued inside then cut out the handgun shape. Worked very well. Then cut space for a couple of small tools and a reflex sight.
Any good dealer should stock them, about €25

Peli ireland have a great selection. Have a look at this one!

When I don't see prices....it makes me nervous

Yep, me too, but give Cathy a call and she'll let you know. They are Peli cases and built to withstand anything.
