I notice that there was a reserved judgement in the Setanta insurance and the MIBI court of Appeal hearing

It's going to be a very difficult one if the appeal is dismissed then premiums will rise and insurance companies are threatening to pull out

If it is upheld then the ICF take the responsibility and are only paying out 65% of claims

One thing is for sure the Setanta issues will not be resolved for a long time yet
