I want to roast two chicken breasts in the oven (with skin on) and I wonder if anyone has any ideas on what I could put on them to give them a flavour?

Also how long do you think I should roast them for and at what temperature?

I'm going to assume they're bone-in too. My trusted marinade would be:
    garlic
    ginger
    soy sauce
    pepper
A dash of hot sauce/sweet chilli
Honey, if not using sweet chilli or sweet soy
Marinade for at least 1 hour; 4 hours is good; Overnight is best.
Into preheated oven 200C, bake for 35-40 minutes.
