Changing status from Married to Separated

I decided from 2016 to update my tax record to be separated rather than married.

Previously I would have received the entire allocation of credits. My spouse is now living outside of Ireland. There doesn't appear to be any option on the self service PAYE portal but I sent a message to ask could my profile be updated to reflect this change.

Is there anything else I need to do?

There's no option to do this online yourself, but if you've sent a message through my enquiries, your credits should revert to single
