So over Christmas I was reversing out of a parking spot and I tipped off car parked behind me, I dented above wheel arch, but didn't crack paint work. When driver came out of shop I gave him my details and said I would pay for damage rather than go through insurance and to ring me with price. So far I've not heard from him although he did ring my insurance company to make sure I was insured. I told them I was going to pay privately too. My problem is it's now 3 weeks later and I've still not heard from him. Should I just hope he's not bothered or should I get my insurance company to follow it up ?

Wait till he calls I would assume. Maybe he hasnt got a quote yet or maybe he hasor is going to go through the insurance. Either way not much you can do but wait. I doubt though he's not bothered ,unfortunately
