Does anywhere do prep of party food like canapÃ©s & the like? Looking for somewhere to collect from & cook at home if needs be, not really have caterers at the house as such. And preferably open on Saturday, as want it fresh on the day.

Try N2 style catering they will deliver the food and you dish it out.

Nicholson's Catering Tuam. Superb food and am sure they deliver to Galway also
