Sound proofing one wall

Hi, live in a 2 bed terrace and badly need one bedroom wall done (neighbours next door..). All online seem to be what materials to use rather than someone who will actually do the job. 3.2 x 3.5 wall. Any ideas of what I shld be paying or can anyone recommend a job they've had done. Much appreciated
