    Hi
I'm looking to buy a second hand Qasqui and Mordaunt Clonmel came up on the radar screen. They import UK cars into Ireland and normally take a deposit of customers who order a specific car. I'm wondering if anyone here has dealt with them in the past and or has any anecdotes/experience of how they operate. Any info would be appreciated.
    Thanks

A work colleague did it. She wanted a small estate, liked the Kia Ceed. They sourced her a top spec UK model which had cruise and climate control over the Irish top spec at the time for a little less money. The car was legit, in great nick and the history all checked out.

To some people the sourcing seems odd - I certainly wouldn't pay money for something unseen - but they've been doing it a while now.

They'd previously have had a certain reputation, do some careful research.

I've dealt with Ger O Meara in Premier Autos in the past and he's decent and a few of the lads in work have bought from Niall McCarthy and were happy out. (both in Clonmel as I'm guessing you're tipp based). They'd both deal in imports and I'm sure would have no problem sourcing a specific car.

couple of people in work have used them, high spec motors sourced and below paddy spec price....
    seemed to all go smoothly

but as above.... i personally would want to see car first lol

I bought a 2011 Ford mondaneo from premier autos. Serious added extras in it, think the only thing missing was leather seats. They source from the UK as well. Dealt with ger too....found he had a good knowledge of the cars in the yard, couldn't be happier with the car. There was definitely one quashai in stock when I was there. I prefer to see the car rather than have one sourced for me. I found them very reasonable. I heard that mordant had a bad rep few years back, could be just a disgruntled customer telling tales too though
