    Greetings everyone and thanks to the mods for letting me post this here.


    This may be of interest to some of you. I am running a free workshop for the ladies of boards on how to lift weights - specifically barbells. My girlfriend is also going to be on hand to help with the coaching and she will be presenting a talk after the lifting on all things nutrition & healthy eating related.

    It will be mostly practical - we'll warm up, learn to lift and learn how to eat!

    All the information (including the feedback from past events) is in the thread below so if you think its something you might benefit from just sign up on the main thread itself (not on this one!) and I'll look forwards to seeing you next month
