Management Agency slow to clean guttering.

Water damage to a number of apartments. Engineer from the management agency came to visit. Said the blocked guttering (can see grass in some of them) could be one of the reasons. This was early last week. He said he would organise to get the guttering cleaned. As of today, despite numerous phone calls, nothing has been done.

Advice on next step would be appreciated. Thanks.

Understand that, but in my place the water is running down the wall behind the fusebox. Last week one evening, i'd say i collected a bucket of water in about 3 hours.
