Washer/dryer repair....

    Hopefully I have the right forum.

    My hotpoint aquarius 520 washer/dryer is no longer drying clothes, they come out soaking wet.
    I am guessing that the machine is not emptying as something is stuck in the outlet water hose.
    I managed to get the filter out but it looked ok. It is leaking water, to be expected, but it is quite a large amount of water, so I think the water is not being pumped out.

    Ive had a look at removing the pump hose but dont feel comfortable doing it. Anyone able to recommend someone in the Clondalkin area to have a look at it?
    What kind of cost am I looking at if its just a blockage?

    The Washing Machine company are based in clondalkin and they do appliance repairs.
