Car failed the CVRT for hole in the rear light cluster.

A new cluster will set me back around €100

Would a repair kit like THIS be a suitable repair for the CVRT test? Thanks.

They work fine, your local motor factor probably has them for less though.
If you have patience you can superglue bits of lens together to make a pretty serviceable patch.
Or dremel a square and cut another square out of scrap lens to fit.

Sorry for late response. Didn't get any email notifications thread was replied to.

I was in the local motor factors and picked up some repair tape for €2 ;)

They confirmed this is a valid repair for NCT/CVRT.
