    Hi guys,
Got a new job in November and had to wait a month for a P45 from my previous job to give my employer (was paid monthly with them)

Gave the P45 to my employer at the start of Decemember and she hasn't sorted my emergency tax with her accountant yet so I'm (miserably) paying 52% tax each week and it's taking a serious toll on my bills.

I am registered with PAYE Anytime but they don't have my employment on file so it's a pretty dead end.

Is there ANYTHING I can do to speed this up or need to do?

Yes. Contact Revenue yourself with your new employers paye registered number. It's like their PPSN. Give them that and your start date. It will sort your 2016 when Revenue issue a tax credit cert for you. When your 2015 pay and tax details appear in your PAYE Anytime details, request a P21 for 2015.
