After my iphone 4s got smashed (again) I need a new phone. I know the 2nd gen moto g was serious value, cant decide on the 3rd gen. €255 for the Moto G 3rd Gen 16gb/2gb Ram, straight from their uk site using parcel motel.

€255 for the Moto G 3rd Gen 16gb/2gb Ram, straight from their uk site using parcel motel.

I was going the white version as it looks a bit better, but found a black 3rd gen for 194 delivered though.

Cheers just checked carphone warrehouse there. Apart from their typo of zero hours talk time it looks like a very decent phone for the price. 2gb ram too. Just gotta to see how handy it is to unlock.

Crap this vodafone ultra has thrown me now. It has snapdragon 615 v moto 410. Apparently the VF processor has 8 cores (4 + 4) v moto 4.

..But i don't game on my phone though so may not matter so much. The value for under 200 euro is decent though.

The 2nd Gen Moto G 4G is 108 GBP (150 euro) on Amazon. Just got one for the missus as the 3rd Gen is more and only has one front speaker. Didn't see the point in the 3rd Gen.

No, Add some few euros more and get the Nexus 6 - you can get it for a tad over 300.

Nexus 6 is a humongous phone tho so not ideal for everyone.

Saying that, its an amazing bit of kit for the price you can get them for now.

The main point would be the 2GB of RAM on the 16GB model, Many would suggest 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal disk is no longer enough for Android.
