Anyone dealt with these recruitment companies before either to gain employment or gain staff? Working abroad atm and would love to be able to source employment that includes accommodation before returning home as living with the parents would be difficult, not much room in small house. Long way down the line maybe summer 2017 or so.

I never used them but I keep an eye on the sites for jobs. They seem to have new jobs coming up regularly from what I see which is a good sign.

I would recommend Farm Solutions to anyone. They are responsible employers, who will protect their workers from being exploited, and have a good name with farmers in turn due to their ability to provide motivated workers who are thus less restless/likely to move on abruptly.
