According to the Property Price Register, 36 properties at Farmleigh Woods sold for approximately 50% below market value in November. According to the Property Price Register, 36 properties at Farmleigh Woods sold for approximately 50% below market value in November. This appears to be a block sale with the prices set by square footage. Does anyone know anything about this? It also seems that a number of houses went sale agreed, came back on and then were withdrawn during 2015 with some of them now for rent. Any insight would be very helpful as we were considering buying in this development.
