Buying from unmanaged clubs...the poll.

Lads,
We all know how difficult it is to get transfers done in the Boards.ie league. I think it would be much better craic if you could buy players from unmanaged teams. Any thoughts?

That said, I don't know how you can get me confused with anyone. With a "Swiftie" signature, and a picture of the perfect one herself as my avatar, along with adopting her name over on SM, I would have thought it to be fairly certain as to who I am! :pac: :pac:

Ya I know that but like earlier I was writing this (albeit hilariously funny) snarky post about not replying to Private Messages only to double check on SM to see I had in fact sent one to Swoody only to find out that you are not in fact him and you aren't considering selling Benatia (I mean you may be but you ain't got him on boards)

Turn on buying from on managed season after next (give people time to get funds)

I had a go in a swift once ... She'd get ya there in no time.... Those Suzuki swift gtis were wicked quick

I don't even think we should put in this option to be honest, because it's just blatantly unfair and is penalising the very same teams that we want to help.

I'd still stand by the belief that I don't think it's going to work to the benefit of small teams as some belief. But at the same time, it reaches a stage where I wont stand in the way or post much more about it if it keeps the people who are involved in the gameworld happy.

Im all for it, need to improve my team somehow! It will be nice if I actually manage to win a player though as I always seem to lose out on new youth players to bigger clubs even though we all bid the same amount of money.

Here's a question....if a few clubs bid the same amount of money for a player, what's the deciding factor in what club wins the player? Is it just random?

If say a big club becomes available because of the 14 day log in rule or manager just resigns will this mean the rest of us can buy away in the time window where applications are being accepted and new manager is installed?

And who told you that SM? Same crowd that wanted to make the game more competitive or the same crowd that took on board the mass critisism of the new format?

I've changed my vote to a no, for me I won't be effected as my squad is up around the 400mil Mark but I'd still call for a revote on the pricicpal of this not being a level playing field.....

is the poll officially closed ? I haven't cast a vote yet and was looking to cast a no vote but the poll seems to be closed so im taking it the yes vote has won and the transfers of unmanaged club players will become available at the end of the season
