Salary Sacrifice v lease (company car)

I currently lease a car through work on the company scheme, which includes tax, insurance, maintenance, etc. My lease is almost up and I'm going for the same car again, though the company is introducing a salary sacrifice scheme whereby I pay some of my gross salary towards a car. Apparently it can offer a better deal as, if I go for the lease option, it's covered up to 20k miles, and my yearly mileage rarely goes above 10k.

I'm trying to find out if anyone has used both options and has seen a difference in price either way? Regardless of which option I choose, I'll still pay BIK and will still have full maintenance, etc., I just want to see whether the salary sacrifice might work out cheaper in the long run.

As far as I'm aware, there's no such schemes available in Ireland (although HP may run something along those lines), so here may not be the best place to check.

Probably get a better response on a UK website.
