Jobseeker's Allowance payment query

    Hi folks,

    Got back to work is week but working some distance from home.

    Due to collect payment tomorrow but no chance I can make it back to my local post office from work after it closes.

    Is there anything I can do to still get the payment?

    You should notify your local office that you have started working asap and they should be able to arrange payment for any days you are due, this could be posted to you

    I did go through the online process of letting them know I was going back to work, but haven't heard anything back so far.

    I think any payment you are due can be collected any day this week at the post office up to closing time on Saturday. Good luck with your new job.
