Foam insulation in raised timber floor?

Hey folks, I have Insulated my attic with spray foam and a breathable card membrane. I am now thinking of doing similar in my raised timber floor downstairs.

I am wondering has anybody any experience with this? is there breathing issues for the timber down stairs? I am hoping to avoid having to pour concrete as I am running low on $$$. This will also give me the option of using the reasonably nice timber floor that is currently in the sitting room and living room. There is also the option of netting and insulating under the timber but I am not convinced of this.

    Foam: Don't do it

breathable felt between joists, insulation laid between, vb/AT layer taped and sealed over top and sealed to walls behind skirting. And buy a good nail puller and take your time lifting the boards, if you plan on relaying them, also allow money for a professional to sand the floor.

Hey Brian thank you for your reply, when you say insulation do you mean kingspan or rockwool or other?

Any of the 'wools' would be my preference

Mineral, recycled glass, hemp, sheep etc
