    I was told your not allowed to take them. But when you mention about the rangers now it adds up.

    Contact highland horn in Scotland. They are well used to supplying antler for this type of thing. It is highly unlikely you'll find someone willing to hand over that much antler without buying it from somewhere like this. It is a rather expensive commodity.
