Hi,

Just want to ask the experts on here, my late 2011 320d only recently developed slight rattle on cold start ups.

It almost sounds like empty lifters noise and it last only for a second or two.
After that its fine and no noise whatsoever, only first thing in the morning.
It's the noise you'd expect from a car that was parked for months, and not overnight job.

Obviously a slight concern with n47 engine..
