Flat roof - ballpark figure for re-roofing costs

I am thinking of getting someone to re-do a fairly large flat roof extension (30+ m2) - it's currently laid in torch PVC and which has had some cracks and leaks in it that I patched / painted over but it's getting to a stage that it may need re-doing. I just wanted to have a ballpark figure of what I should expect to pay…

I am thinking of getting someone to re-do a fairly large flat roof extension (30+ m2) - it's currently laid in torch PVC and which has had some cracks and leaks in it that I patched / painted over but it's getting to a stage that it may need re-doing.

I just wanted to have a ballpark figure of what I should expect to pay per square meter for the common roofing methods, i.e. replacing with the same type of material or torch-on felt. I know it all depends but a rough range would be adequate at this stage.
