Has anyone come across a supplier in Dublin area that is better value than most for these lamps. Anything similar to below,

Came across a crowd in Jersey who are quoting 12no 4W for under €50 plus shipping and lamps have a 5yr warranty.

Try aliexpress.com, they're cheap by comparison with free post but you may have to wait a month for them?

what kind of output do the lamps have? are they cluster LED or single CREE?
    what temperature is the output?

May not be the cheapest out there, but might be handy for some - Ikea have a dimmable 6W, 400 lumen GU10s for €5 ea, very good light output. I'm not sure of the rated colour temp, they are a warm white. They have 5 LEDs per lamp.

dealz had them for E1.50 the other day, cant remember think they were 3 or 5w, anything less than 5 would be fairly useless IMO. As the equivalent 5w from Philips or Osram would be a lot brighter than what you are getting from Dealz. Might be worth buying one to try it out though...
