Getting breakup on different channels on Sky!

I have been getting breakup on a number of different channels recently. I have an Amstrad Sky +HD box (almost 5 years). I have checked signal strength via services menu and it is fine. I have had a dish for over 10 years and a short cable run to box. Any ideas what might be causing the breakup? Any help greatly appreciated.

I would say dish has moved. If it's there 10 years old it would make sense for a complete replacement as dish will be at the end of its life, if you push Sky and say your going to cancel they will/should eventually replace it free.
