Depending on how old it is, I would be looking to sram for a new one! I broke one for the second time 6 months ago that was 3 years old and sram still replaced it.I bought it through planet x and sent it back through them.There is a known issue with those shifters!

+1 on that same thing happened with me with a rival rh shifter. I sent it back via bike shop (halfords) and got a new one out 6 weeks later
