    The extent of the information you have given here could make the parties identifiable. Although one could not connect the dots with any one piece of information, I would be afraid that the number of puzzle pieces is too numerous and you could end up in a bit of trouble. The bit about a failed business venture and owing revenue money because it was spent elsewhere and then the accusations of cash in hand work couldn't apply to too many people when you add the other bits together. I would edit your first post to nothing and recommend your family member speaks to a solicitor, before you need to.
