Does anyone know if there is a difference between buying the bus tickets after arrival at DUB (heading to Cork) vs. buying them beforehand online?

Already got stung once getting train tickets at the station from Dublin-Cork at 70 Eur when online it was only 24 Eur, but not sure if it's the same with buses.

    Both are cheaper online.

I'd have to ask why didn't you just look at their websites to get that answer? It's clearly stated that the best fares are online.

A one way Dublin Airport to Cork GoBe adult ticket is 20 euro on board and 18 euros on line. All of their fares are on their website gobe.ie
