    Hi guys

Just looking for a bit of info on the above product. From search on Google seems to be banned/illegal in Ireland - is this just for people selling or also taking the vitamins ? (I'm a bit reluctant to take tbh hence the post)

I was advised by a PT to take them and so was surprised to see that it's hard to buy from shops in Ireland. ( a few places will order it in though).

Is there any real side effects to this (long term or short)- seeing as it's available to buy in uk can't be too dangerous?

Sorry if in wrong forum or not allowed

I think its banned because of the high level of B-12, making it a medicine in the view of the Irish Medicines Board.

They have 11mcg b12 in them. My tablets are 1000mcg. Would be odd to ban it for that and not ban mine. (It is true that it being too high can be bad even though B12 is water soluble)

Why do you want to take it, why not see what you are lacking from your diet? Do a blood test and check for vitamin deficiency, or if you are low in whatever you want from that concoction.
