Just curious as I passed a clamp today that had obviously been hammered off and left there - what is likely to happen to someone who does this? Not tempted to do it but just wondering!

Private clampers? I'd imagine they'd drive away with a big smile in their face, knowing there'd be no repercussions whatsoever, and fair play to them.

DCC clamp? I'd imagine there'd be a strongly worded letter over the next few weeks...

If private clampers nothing will happen.
