hi all we had our double glazed window in the front sitting room broken by vandals during the week

Im just wondering what is currently the best glass type on the market at the moment as im clueless when it comes to this stuff ?

was thinking triple glazed , any opinions on this ? also heard of diamond glass but not too sure on what it is quality wise etc ?

currently have a single glaze/frame of glass as a temp job untill insurance company comes out to evaluate damage etc and its freezing cold in the room .

Triple-glazing is better than double-glazing for heat retention.
‘Diamond’ glass is a brand name and could refer to just about anything.
Depending on the frame material of the existing window you may well have no option other than to replace with glass of similar thickness to what was originally installed.
