Sorry if this is in the wrong topic firstly, newbie...I bought my son a PS4 bundle that included a years online subscription, this is not working..have entered the 12 digit password on his playstation and online, it says when we go online after entering the voucher code that it is invalid /expired, can someone explain to me what to do, have contacted where I bought the bundle and am expecting a call back soon.
I am a complete novice with these gaming consoles, so any information or help would be greatly appreciated, both by me and son, who is dying to get online.

It could be that the code may only work in certain regions. For me Playstation Plus voucher codes would only work on UK account, and not on my Ireland account. Now I just buy it through the Playstation Store directly linked to my account.
