My 01 fiesta indicator stalk is very loose. the dip changes to head light if i go over a bump. Are they hard to fit? How much would a second hand one be?

Far as I know they're not hard to fit, the indicator and wiper stalk are one unit, cand you just need to remove the cowling around the steering column, and a couple of screws at the top. You don't need to remove the steering wheel IIRC.

New ones are €150-200 so I'm guessing you'd get one used for €40ish. There may be compatibility with cars like the Ka and Mazda 121

Colm is correct here . Remove the cowl and a few screws and its out.
I had a 98 escort 11 years ago which needed one ,as the headlight switch had failed. it was 120 for a new genuine one. 30 quid for a second hand one.
