Hi, I have a Sky HD+ box. My Favourites used to be in order, but recently they have become jumbled, not in any kind of order, RTE 1 &2 for instance not even on the same page. Tried phoning Sky a couple of times who suggested rebooting which I did even though I knew I would lose all in the planner, but thought it would be worth it if I got the Favourites thing sorted, it didn't work, all in Planner gone. Any other suggestions ?

    Delete them and re-add?
    It'll only take 5 minutes.

I had to sort the sd versions from the hd version because I cancelled 'sky boxed sets/hd pack' this month

its simple go to options, favourites to sort out the favourites

sky hd channels should be available to every basic sky tv subscriber

if someone is paying for the sky hd pack so they can watch Tv3 in hd, they are wasting money

I cancelled my HD subscription earlier this year so I tried deleting all the HD channels I had ticked, unfortunately it didn't help. Thanks anyway.

Just tried that, didn't work, tried it again and rebooted, still didn't work. Have decided it can't be done. All the channels in the TV Guide are in order so why not Favourites? Many thanks for your suggestion anyway.
