We get boxes with rolls of elastic at work. I always wondered why they have fragile stamped on them in big red letters. They are anything but.

It's crunchy. And like most forms of artificial sand it's not so good for your teeth. Sure it'll get them white, for a while. But once the enamel wears thin you'll be sorry.

Tip Top:
the coloured ones are really yukkie but contain more than 100% of your RDA of cobalt. Of course your body would probably thank you more if the cobalt was contained in Vitamin B12 rather than as heavy metal ions.
