    0. Was up at 8 and just back in from a run. Enjoy your day of wallowing.

about a 1 or 2, so stuffed with turkey, no space for booze.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,833 ✭✭✭CFlat

Yep same here. Gave up drinking about 4 months ago. Was a bit worried about yesterday with the family drinking, but all in all it went well.

    So zero here too.

0 here too, for same reason. 2 hours of mud, rain and wind ahead on the Kerry Way. It'll be more fun than most nights on drink...though for all that I'll have a few cans later.

Zero. Did a nice 4 mile run yesterday and will do something similar today. Rate your hangover probably belongs to the only in Ireland thread!

I'm surprised at the lack of drinkers amongst the Boards fraternity!

I'd just assumed from reading the posts, everyone was tanked*

I'm in the non hangover crew too.

Off the gargle just over 1 month and long may it last :)

Zero, but feel a bit syrupy from too much sleep.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 81,220 ✭✭✭✭biko

Maybe a 3 or 4. Didn't have too much drink.
A few beers and a couple whiskeys spread out over the evening.

Most people won't make it out bed till this evening, the pendulum will swing.

Zero for me as well, had a beer yesterday, that was it.

Leo won't be impressed with the level of responsible drinking going on......but give it time.....

In my defense, I spent about 25 years pissed as a fart.

In relation to my posts, I think they're equally as ill informed sober as when I was drunk. Consistency is everything.

Everyone who was drinking proper is still comatosed. ...Duuuuuuuh! Jesus what am I? Your mother?

    Zero.

If you'd ask me the same question last year, I'd have said 4, which was an improvement from the day before where it was like, 13 or something!

First and last time I ever got smashed on Christmas Eve! :pac:

Around a two. Had one bottle of wine over a 5 hour period. Didn't want to drink much as I have to drive to Dublin in a little while

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,436 ✭✭✭c_man

    0. I usually have one or two, but getting pissed at the auld pairs just seems odd. Had a nice walk this morning, back to put on a fry for everyone :)

Hangover, zero. Smug rating, a solid 10.

    :pac:

Zero, but no so smug, as I've had to work the last three days.

I fully envisage a thundering hangover tomorrow, however.

Practically zero. How could you be hungover from drink after so much food?

I didn't sleep so well, though.

I had a good bit of wine and a wee bit of champers yesterday. But it was spread thru the day and mixed with a lot of food. So I am a zero.
Tomorrow's hangover will be different though...hopefully!

Zero, absolutely knackered from work during the week. Barely finished a glass of wine and slept most of the day.

0.0.. Wasn't drinking at all. Was driving anyway last night but rarely drink anymore anyway

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,958 ✭✭✭DopeTech

Giving mine a 1. Didn't drink excessively, had a few bottles of beer over about 8 hours so I'm grand really.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,389 ✭✭✭NachoBusiness

    Food hangover from hell.

Too much ham. Ham always makes me feel like a donkey kicked me in the kidneys and I must have eat half a pig myself.

No idea if it was a pulled one or not but sure I hope he died happy.

Just turkey today anyway and maybe a jar or two of Cranberry Sauce.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,681 ✭✭✭Fleawuss

Zero. It's all about pacing yourself, the old dog for the hard road etc.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,414 ✭✭✭Archeron

Woke with a 2, but then read the non alcoholic responses on the first page, so decided to get up and go for a long brisk walk. Two hours later I'm soaking wet and hangovers down to a 0. And I bought fixins for Irish coffee on the way home .

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,821 ✭✭✭fussyonion

Very surprised to wake up with no hangover this morning; woke at 8am feeling fresh and energetic.

Set about cleaning the kitchen while my other half snored til 11am.
I had a bottle and a half of white wine, half a bottle of champagne and two shots of Malibu yesterday and normally that'd leave me in a heap but I wonder is it because I drank a good bit of water yesterday and I took two Solpadeine at 7pm for period pain.

I went to bed at 2am aswell!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,023 ✭✭✭Satriale

0 . Few home brew wines and meads. I was sicker from all the food i ate tbh.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,796 ✭✭✭Azalea

Weirdly not bad - was really pissed and made an ass of myself last night. Was a bit shakey and tired and slightly nauseous/headachey earlier but once I got tea in me and a bit of toast and scrambled egg I was grand.

Tea is brilliant for a mild hangover I think.
