    As above...

Will that be an expensive fix?

I don't know the exact model, we only moved in under two weeks ago.

The trampoline blew it off and while it's still attached to the pipes the grill is broken and when I put it back and turned on the trip the fan is not working. It's spinning in the wind though so I don't think that has been messed up.

Anyway am I looking at a few grand to fix ? or is this how long is a piece of string?

Putting this in plumbing because it's to do with the heating.

I've taken to the wine after the incident so sorry about the vagueness and lak of technicality.. Incidently the tank blew a pipe two days ago - that was sorted straight away and luckily I hadn't put my carpet in but I'm having no luck with this heating system!

No it's a fan that pumps the hot air into the house and heats the water. I think I am just going to ring the insurance company today and log it just in case it's a big job. Plumber said its prob not massively damage as no water leaking or cables hanging but I have no price and he won't be fixing it until new year. But for allmi know a small job on these things might be a fortune. Luckily we have solar panels so they should heat the house. I hope!

Oh Deer what can the matter be::D

Solar panels wont heat the house.

The refrigerant may all have leaked away so you need to skull a few bottles, i find red better, and tell us more about the kit in the garden and the ancillary piece in the house.

I read this the other night and laughed thanks :)

    It's actually working again woohoo!

My husband came home (he had been on the rip in Dublin the night it happened , he was also the person who pit the stupid trampoline up despite my protests) and had a poke around and hit a master switch and bingo heating again. Only problem is I have to keep the kids out of the garden as there is a hole in the grid. In fact the heating isn't on while they are up and about just in case. I'm using blow heaters.

Grid won't be fixed until new year but it's nice to have the heat. Thanks for taking the time to advise the wine
